Last Updated: August 02, 2026

Welcome to USA Pallet Supply. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products and services. They also establish important terms applicable to purchases made through USA Pallet Supply.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website, creating an order or purchasing merchandise from USA Pallet Supply, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About USA Pallet Supply

USA Pallet Supply operates an online wholesale and liquidation merchandise business serving customers seeking pallet and bulk inventory.

Depending on current availability, merchandise offered through our website may include tools, electronics, clothing, footwear, toys, health and beauty products, household goods, detergent and cleaning products, home and kitchen merchandise, general merchandise and other wholesale inventory.

Inventory availability may change regularly.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority necessary to enter into the transaction.

Certain wholesale transactions, tax-exempt purchases or specific merchandise categories may require additional documentation where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information requested during the ordering process.

3. Wholesale & Liquidation Merchandise

Customers acknowledge that purchasing wholesale and liquidation merchandise can differ substantially from purchasing individual products from a traditional retail store.

Depending on the applicable listing, merchandise may consist of:

  • New merchandise

  • Overstock inventory

  • Closeout merchandise

  • Shelf pulls

  • Open-box products

  • Customer returns

  • Assorted merchandise

  • Other liquidation or wholesale inventory

The condition applicable to a particular pallet should be determined from the corresponding product listing.

Customers must review the product description carefully before purchasing.

4. Product Information

USA Pallet Supply aims to provide clear and useful product information.

Product listings may include, where applicable:

  • Product category

  • Brand information

  • Quantity

  • Merchandise condition

  • Pallet type

  • Product photographs

  • Manifest information

  • Estimated or reference retail values

  • Other relevant specifications

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate information, typographical errors, technical errors or other inadvertent inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

If a material error is discovered before fulfillment, we may contact the customer regarding the appropriate correction or available options.

5. Product Images

Product photographs are intended to help customers understand the merchandise being offered.

Whether an image represents the exact merchandise included in an order or is illustrative should be determined from the applicable product listing.

Colors, packaging and other visual characteristics may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography and display settings.

Customers should rely on the complete product description rather than photographs alone.

6. Pallet Manifests

Certain pallets may include manifests while others may be sold as mixed or unmanifested inventory.

When a manifest is provided, customers should review the information carefully before purchasing.

Manifest information may include quantities, product names, models, categories, condition information or other details depending on the inventory.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, customers should not assume that an unmanifested or assorted pallet contains particular individual products.

7. Inventory Availability

Liquidation and wholesale inventory can change quickly and may be available in limited quantities.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve inventory unless the website expressly states otherwise.

An order is subject to inventory availability and acceptance.

If merchandise becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will communicate the available resolution to the affected customer.

8. Pricing

Prices are displayed on the applicable product pages and may change as inventory, market conditions and other commercial factors change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices may not include shipping, freight charges, taxes or other charges applicable to the transaction.

The total amount applicable to an order should be reviewed before the customer completes payment.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors, subject to applicable law.

9. Estimated Retail Values

Some product listings may include estimated, reference or original retail values.

These figures are provided for informational purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Retail prices can vary significantly by retailer, location, product condition, season, availability and market demand.

An estimated retail value is not a guarantee that the merchandise can be resold for that amount.

10. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance if additional inventory, payment, fraud-prevention or order verification is reasonably required.

USA Pallet Supply may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of circumstances such as inventory unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected unauthorized activity, payment problems or other legitimate operational reasons.

If a paid order is canceled by USA Pallet Supply before fulfillment, any amount due back to the customer will be handled according to the applicable circumstances and law.

11. Payment

Customers must use a payment method made available or expressly authorized by USA Pallet Supply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may not proceed to fulfillment until applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.

Never send payment based solely on unsolicited instructions claiming to represent USA Pallet Supply. If you receive payment instructions that appear unusual or inconsistent with our website, verify them through our official contact information before proceeding.

12. Taxes

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes associated with their purchases except where USA Pallet Supply is legally required to collect and remit them.

Customers claiming an applicable resale or tax exemption are responsible for providing valid documentation when required.

Tax treatment may vary depending on the customer’s location and transaction.

13. Shipping & Delivery

USA Pallet Supply provides shipping to eligible destinations according to the shipping options available for the applicable order.

Pallet and bulk orders may require freight transportation.

Shipping costs and requirements can depend on:

  • Destination

  • Shipment dimensions

  • Weight

  • Number of pallets

  • Merchandise type

  • Delivery location

  • Freight services required

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Please review our separate Shipping Policy for additional information.

14. Delivery Estimates

Any processing, dispatch or delivery dates provided are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly identified.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, freight schedules, transportation disruptions, address problems and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should not make business commitments based solely on an estimated delivery date.

15. Receiving Freight Shipments

Customers should make appropriate arrangements to receive pallet or freight deliveries.

Where reasonably possible, customers should inspect the exterior condition of shipments at delivery.

Visible transportation damage should be documented according to the carrier’s applicable procedures. Customers are encouraged to retain photographs, delivery documents and packaging when reporting a shipping problem.

16. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

Customers must obtain authorization before returning merchandise when required by that policy.

Liquidation merchandise should not be returned simply because its disclosed condition, assortment or characteristics differ from what the customer personally hoped to receive.

This does not affect remedies that may apply when merchandise materially differs from the applicable order or where rights are provided by law.

17. Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact USA Pallet Supply as soon as possible.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, pallet preparation or transportation.

Costs already incurred for freight, handling, rerouting or other services may affect the available resolution where permitted by law.

18. Resale of Merchandise

Many customers purchase wholesale merchandise for resale.

Customers are independently responsible for determining whether and how merchandise may legally be resold through their chosen channels.

This includes compliance with:

  • Applicable laws and regulations

  • Marketplace policies

  • Product safety requirements

  • Tax requirements

  • Brand or platform restrictions

  • Required licenses or permits

  • Product-specific resale requirements

USA Pallet Supply does not guarantee acceptance of merchandise by Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop or any other third-party selling platform.

19. No Guarantee of Resale Profit

Purchasing liquidation merchandise involves commercial risk.

USA Pallet Supply does not guarantee:

  • A specific resale price

  • A specific profit margin

  • A specific return on investment

  • Marketplace acceptance

  • Customer demand

  • How quickly merchandise will sell

Actual resale results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including merchandise condition, market demand, selling platform, fees, competition, location and the customer’s own business practices.

20. Brand Names & Trademarks

Brand names, product names, logos and trademarks referenced on our website belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on USA Pallet Supply does not by itself imply sponsorship, authorization, partnership or endorsement by the trademark owner.

Brand references may be used to identify merchandise where appropriate.

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as payment processing, analytics, communications, shipping or website functionality.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

USA Pallet Supply is not responsible for independent third-party websites merely because our website contains a link to them.

24. Website Availability

We aim to maintain a functional and accessible website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, technical problems, hosting interruptions, security issues or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access.

We may modify website features when reasonably necessary for operational, technical or security reasons.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and merchandise are provided subject to the descriptions, conditions and warranties expressly applicable to them.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liquidation merchandise may have condition characteristics specifically disclosed in its listing, and customers should review those disclosures carefully before purchasing.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, USA Pallet Supply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential business losses arising solely from circumstances outside obligations imposed by law or expressly accepted by USA Pallet Supply.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Because liability rules differ between jurisdictions, this section should be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from their unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms & Conditions or infringement of third-party rights.

This provision does not impose responsibility where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

28. Privacy

Use of personal information collected through USA Pallet Supply is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Customers should review that policy to understand how information may be collected, used, stored and shared.

29. Fraud Prevention & Account Security

USA Pallet Supply may take reasonable measures to verify orders, payments and customer information when necessary to protect customers and the business from unauthorized transactions or fraud.

Customers are responsible for protecting passwords and other account credentials associated with their accounts.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been used without authorization.

30. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, USA Pallet Supply will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, government actions, major infrastructure failures or similar events.

This provision does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

31. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws applicable to USA Pallet Supply and the relevant transaction, subject to mandatory rights or jurisdictional requirements that may apply.

Before publishing this section, USA Pallet Supply should insert the actual U.S. state in which the business is legally established and obtain appropriate legal review.

32. Dispute Resolution

If a problem arises concerning an order, customers are encouraged to contact USA Pallet Supply so that both parties can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Any formal dispute will be handled according to applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution provisions specifically agreed to between the parties.

Nothing in these terms prevents a customer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

33. Changes to These Terms

USA Pallet Supply may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, operations, policies or legal obligations change.

The current version and its effective date will be displayed on this page.

Material changes generally apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with applicable policies referenced on our website, constitute the terms governing the customer’s use of our website and purchases, except where separate written terms have been expressly agreed upon.

Related policies may include our:
